There are 4 recipes in this book and 3 utilize pork while 1 has lamb as the star. How often do you see a recipe for lamb other than in a specialty cookbook? The one I will make is the slow cooked pork roast. There is a minimum of ingredients involved but it sounds really good. The only thing I will do is decrease the size of the roast from 4 to 2 pounds.The tips and tricks at the beginning of the book make up for the few recipes included. Most of these I had never heard before so it was excellent advice for me.
